Aerobic Schedule
Aerobic Classes DAC's 2,000 square foot aerobic studio offers a large exercise area, a sophisticated sound system, and a suspended wood floor for an exhilarating workout. Classes throughout the day are led by certified instructors and include a wide range of aerobic programs and specialty classes. Instructors are highly qualified. All are certified and acquire continuing education credits to keep them updated in the aerobics field. The classes offer an environment that is safe, challenging, and fun!
