DAC Aerobic Classes

 

Our Classes are fun and full of exercise and moves that will keep you coming back for more. 

All of our Instructors are extremely friendly, highly certified and will provide motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals.  We strive to continue our education  so that we can offer the latest in fitness classes to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
