Young at heart

Young at Heart (YAH) classes are special classes designed for active, older adults.  These specified classes concentrate on balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular work.

Aqua Balance and Flexibility Focus on core strength, toning, balance and flexibility. Yoga inspired moves.
Cardio and weights Low impact aerobics along with strength training using light hand weights.  Easy to follow moves.
Chair Exercise Muscle toning and strengthening while  sitting down or using a chair for balance
Qi Gong Exercises and guidance in releasing stress, aging slower, and sleeping better.
Tae Chi Slow fluid movements used to increase strength, flexibility and balance.
YAH water Aerobics water aerobics that concentrate on cardio work and toning
Yoga stretches and poses held to increase strength, flexibility, balance and mental clarity.
